ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

USA: 3-7 business days. Ships via USPS First Class Mail from Niagara Falls, NY.

CANADA: 1-7 business days. 

These shipping times are estimates only and do not include weekends or holidays. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather. Pandemic or any other factor is out of our control. 

Any packages that are returned to sender due to buyer error will incur a return fee (charged by the shipping company). Not only will you not be refunded the original shipping but will be charged this return fee if the error lies with the customer. For example, wrong address or unclaimed packages, failure to pick up or reschedule delivery. We do not accept returns or cancellations and therefore the cost to send out a second time will also be the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly. For Canadian customers, if you select the courier option please include any other info that may be needed for a successful delivery such as buzzer code, phone number, etc.
